WHEREAS a plaint has been filed in this Court by M.L. against R.P. for the purpose of (here insert the object of suit);

NOW THE CONDITION of this bond is such, that if the above-bounden AA shall duly account for all and every sum and sums of money which he shall so receive on account of the rents and profits of the immovable property and in respect of the movable property of the said._________ at such periods as the said Court shall appoint, and shall duly pay the balances which shall from time to time be found and certified to be due from him as the said Shri CC., or his successor-in-office for the time being, does or shall hereafter direct, then the above-written bond shall be void, otherwise the same shall remain in full force.
